The Details:
Entries accepted between now and Monday Feb 7th at Midnight.
Voting will be held Tues. Feb. 8th through Sunday Feb 13th at Midnight.
There will be 2 winners, one in the dog category and one in the cat category.

How to Enter:
e-mail one photo of your pet to smpphotocontest@gmail.com. Include the pet’s name, age, and a snippet about them (optional) and include your name and your contact information. Only 1 entry per person please. Entries will be uploaded to an album titled “Cutest Pet Contest” on the Stephanie Moon Photography page on Facebook on Tues Feb. 8th. *If at all possible, before sending in your photos, please reduce the size of the file if you are able to.

How to Win:
One dog photo and one cat photo with the most likes on Sun Feb 13th at Midnight wins.
The key to winning is getting your friends to vote on your photo.
All voters must be a fan (“like”) the Stephanie Moon Photography page on Facebook and use the “like” photos in the album entitled “Cutest Pet Contest”.

What you Can Win:
The winner will receive your choice of a mini session and 1 8×10 print with Stephanie Moon Photography at a location of the photographer’s choosing with OR a $25 gift card to PetSmart. The photo session must be used on the winning pet only.

Rules (very important, please read!)
Entry Rules:

You must be 18 or older to enter.
You must like the page Stephanie Moon Photography on Facebook to enter.
Entry photos accepted through Thursday Feb. 3rd through Monday Feb. 7th at Midnight. Entries will only be accepted electronically through the e-mail smpphotocontest@gmail.com
The entry photo must be taken by you and the pet must be your pet.
No photos by a professional photographer or photography studio will be accepted into the contest.
By entering a photo, you are stating that you have the right to distribute the photo, the photo was taken by you, and is not a copyrighted photo belonging to someone else.
No professional photographer may enter the contest. Professional is defined as someone who makes money from the sale of photography services and/or photographic prints, including fine art, or anyone planning to start a photography business in the foreseeable future.
Only one entry per person/pet. However, other family members in your same household may enter a different pet.

Voting Rules:

To vote for a photo, voters must first like the page Stephanie Moon Photography on Facebook. Then like the photo(s) you wish to vote on in the album “Cutest Pet Contest” on the Stephanie Moon Photography Facebook page.
Voters may vote on multiple photos.
Comments on photos will be permitted, however, comments will not count as votes. You must click “like” to vote on a photo.
“Likes” on any link to your photo you may share on your wall will not be counted. The voter must go to the Stephanie Moon Photography page, like the page and like the photos they wish to vote on in the album “Cutest Pet Contest”.
One dog photo and one cat photo with the most likes in the album “Cutest Pet Contest” on the Stephanie Moon Photography page on Facebook will be the winners.
Winners will be announced and notified on Monday February 14th.
Winners will have their choice of prize: mini photo session and 1 8×10 print with Stephanie Moon Photography. The photographer will choose the location of the photo session. OR a $25 gift card to PetSmart.

Ok, now that I have the rules out of the way, let’s have some fun!  Let me see those cute furry faces!

But, I wanted to take this opportunity to thank all of my clients and supporters.  I want to thank SOS of Ohio for all the work they put into our 1st annual calendar we did together.  I can’t say enough good things about them and the work that they do.  They truly care about the animals!  I also want to thank the folks of the Ohio English Setter Rescue.  They also put a lot of resources into the calendar contest and I appreciate their support so much!  You can see some of their beautiful dogs in the calendar.  And I want to thank all the folks that participated in the contest.  We appreciate your support!

And of course I want to thank my clients.  You make it all possible.  Thank you for entrusting your precious memories to me.  It is a true honor.

I was also very excited to be the official photographer for the New Albany Classic in 2010.  What a wonderful organization to work with and a fun event!
