I met up with them and their human parents a few weeks ago back in August when it was really REALLY HOT!  They were both troopers though and lasted long enough for me to get a few nice images of them.    Thank you to their human parents for coming out in the terrible heat!  I really enjoyed meeting all 4 of them.  Here are a couple more images from the session:

10 Things Thursday: What I Love {Columbus Ohio Photographer}

Hey everyone.  So sorry this blog has been neglected lately!  I’ve been too busy on Facebook.  If you haven’t joined me over there yet, you can do so here.  In an effort to blog more frequently, I am going to add this little series of 10 Things Thursday.  I will try my best to make this a weekly occurence and do some other weekly posts as well.  So here goes.

The very first 10 Things Thursday is things I love.  Seems like an easy place to start.

  1. God
  2. My husband and son
  3. All of my family: mother, father, sister, nephews, grandparents (all greatly missed) aunts, uncles, mother-in-law, father-in-law and my many siblings-in-law.
  4. Animals.  Horses, dogs, cats, you name it.  I love them all.  I know, you must be shocked!
  5. The earth and everything in it.  (OK, almost everything.  I could do without mosquitoes.)
  6. Thunderstorms and snowstorms.  There’s something about hunkering down and being cozy while the weather rages outside.
  7. Chocolate.
  8. Being barefoot in the grass.  Sand will do too.
  9. A cool sun-shiney autumn day.
  10. Beautiful light.

I could go on, but that’s my ten.   What’s yours?

I Love This Little Girl & Her Family {Columbus Ohio Children’s Photographer}

And I’m gonna miss seeing her every 3 months. Last night we had her last session for her Baby’s First Year plan. But her mommy promised I would see her in 6 months. I’m glad for that because she is really a joy to photograph. She has never once gotten upset and she would just let me photograph her forever. I love that! What a little model! So here she is.

Gorgeous Sisters in Gorgeous Light! {Columbus Oh Children’s Photographer}
